We ordered a delivery tonight and never got a notification of where it was or when it would be delivered. After an hour I checked the site to track it and it said my pizza was delivered 15 minutes ago, I went out front and the delivery guy just left is out front, didn’t knock on the door, didn’t let us know he left it out front. I called the store and the manager said well I don’t know what to tell you, and then said you can call DoorDash and complain to them.

You can’t get better than that.

And it was completely wrong. They gave me a refund. But wasn't able to eat the food. Every time I order from this location something is wrong. This will be the last time. Will never order from Papa Johns again. Honestly it needs to be shut down so a real pizza place can come in.
