I noticed the music was louder than locations I was used to. When I requested the volume be lowered, they not only adjusted without question, but the manager sought me out to make sure all was good AND she checked up on other customers. Every employee was busy cleaning tables, windows, AND clearing customers plates for them AND checking up on how they were doing. It is clear that this Panera is managed well and that’s what made it a genuinely wonderful experience. Also, for fellow Panera goers this location had a cozier layout than some :)
