    The staff here is very friendly and do their best to help customers. Specifically a worker there named Tyesha is always so sweet and does whatever she can to accommodate the customers she's so friendly and I know if she's there she's gonna make me smile and laugh!!! Absolutely love her (and many others there).

    They never wanna do their job right? The food's never fresh. The customer service is rude and unprofessional. Out of the 4 years I've lived in this area, there has been no improvement.

    Food is McDonald's employees are nice but the new interior layout is dystopian its all gray and cold hard chairs hard booths you need to ask for refills and you need to ask for ketchup its not just out and free it feels like a prison lunch room

    Love McDonald’s, but everytime I come here they always forget my order🥹 I’ve had to wait 1 hour each time I come here because they forget about me until I finally get the courage to speak up☹️ I love the food though so at least that’s good PS. please give me caramel frappes and stop lying you can’t give me them even though I just saw you give someone one🥹

    Do not come here honestly, I thought maybe with the renovation things were going to change but it is still the same bad service with food that is not even fresh, came to get a drive thru order when I got home the burger had hard bread not even warm, chicken nuggets were so cold I could not chew, and Frys looked like they were thrown in to the oil for a second time and looked like really old, I honestly think they need to change management because they are ruining this place.
