Went to the McDonald’s on 6710 W. Peoria Avenue at 8:30 PM on 22 December 2025. My granddaughter was excited to use her gift card. She got for her birthday. We ordered a happy meal cheeseburger no pickle and extra fry instead of apple slices with a small Coke. They sent us to go wait they gave us a number and we had to go wait in the parking lot. I’m not kidding. We waited for 15 minutes so he comes out and he wasn’t even gonna take the sticker off the car and he give us a happy meal then I realized he didn’t give us a Coke so I went back to the drive-through and had to wait quite a while there so finally get to the window and I see the Coke sitting there waiting and people are walking back-and-forth walking back-and-forth so about another 10 minutes goes by. I honked the horn and there’s some young kid by the ice cream machine with the headset on. He turns around and looks at me I pointed the Coke. It totally ignores me, but that’s the kind of service you get nowadays the receipt says valued customer but the employees don’t treat you that way no wonder people get pissed. The manager came and she was nice and usually I’m never in that bad of a mood that was ready in a bad mood and I pointed out that kidthey should fire that idiot

Went through the drive thru and Pearl gave us amazing and fast service! she was so sweet and i would definitely come back if she was working !!

I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile curbside order and eventually had to go inside to get
My food.
I feel really badly leaving a 1 star review, because I know the employees are working hard and a lot of the issues are out of their control. But the service I have received multiple times at this location is terrible.
There is no employee assigned to work the front register or be in the front to help customers at all. Employees that are assigned to work in the back are forced to avoid eye contact as they bring out trays of food and then hurriedly rush away so they can finish their next assignment.
Nobody acknowledges the large crowd of customers unless one of those customers says “hello?? Excuse me??”
And this is a huge mistake.
You are setting your employees up for failure. You are setting them up to have to deal with very upset customers.
I have witnessed, on multiple occasions, crowds of 15-20 customers, waiting to be helped. Sometimes with requests as simple as “can I have ketchup” also waiting for missing items, or waiting to just put in their order because they can’t put in an order on the kiosks for whatever reason.
The worst part about all of this is, my food was ready to go, sitting there for so long it got cold. There just wasn’t anyone actually bringing out the mobile orders. I saw two other cars, like me, have to go inside to get their food.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this McDonald’s but to make anyone aware every time I visit and ask for ranch they always tell me there is no ranch cups EVERYTIME

If you want any type of customer service from inside, go somewhere else. This location doesn't have counter service at all. They have those damn kiosk and expect you to use those. If for any reason you do have to use the one register they have there, the employees have an attitude because they have to come and assist you. We were paying with cash and you would think we were committed and crime with the eye rolls and attitude we got.
