The restaurant seems clean, and I liked that I can go up into the play area and retrieve my kiddo without difficulty if I need to, but please please PLEASE fix the service speed. There looked to be about ten people in the back with hardly a person manning the front. You have to wait 20-30 minutes for every little thing bc staff just stare at you before going back into the kitchen and ignoring you. The lobby fills up repeatedly with people waiting... Waiting for their food... Waiting for napkins... Waiting for soda refills... Waiting for someone to unlock the bathroom... Waiting for any kind of acknowledgement. Is it really that much trouble to put silverware and napkins out so that the public can access them without standing around? I understand cutting costs and theft by moving back items to the kitchen, but it's clear that the drive-thru is the priority of this location.

Possibly one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Drive thru doesn’t know how to switch from one lane to the other and allows 10 cars to go through from one side while the other side sits and waits. This location needs to be reported to the franchise immediately.
