Don’t do curbside pick up unless you want to wait literally!! 20 minutes this is my second time doing curbside here and first time I waited 20 minutes this time I waited 15. Just put it for drive thru because the drive thru line was completed twice before I got my food

Placed a mobile order at 9pm. Got my receipt at 9:08. They asked us to pull around the front and we proceeded to wait for another 40 minutes while the worker bringing out orders kept passing by with other orders to the cars behind us. I finally went inside and it was like they didn’t have our order at all. Super frustrating when we just wanted a quick bite to eat. This McDonald’s is around the corner from me, but I’ll definitely be going to another location from now on as this is not the first time I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes.

Waited for half an hour in curbside pickup before someone came out with the wrong order. Waited 20 minutes more and left with my money. Eat somewhere else, don't waste your time.
PS. Went in for a refund and saw my order just sitting there. A manger told me that the crew member that went out told her I wasn't there. Hire better people.

This McDonalds is consistently the absolutely worst when it comes to wait lines on anything but the drive through (even the drive thru is long). I mainly come here for breakfast.
Don’t ever do curbside. You’ll be lucky to get your food. Ever. I have to walk in every single time.
There is always a line waiting for their food inside the restaurant. So if you drive to do counter service, you’ll also wait. You can hear people constantly saying they have been waiting forever.
It seems like drive thru is the only priority.
I have no idea if this place is just always short staffed or what but they need to get their act together and I’m guessing it’s mainly management issue. The poor employees just look like they are in a whirlwind.

Me and girlfriend went to get food, a McNugget Meal for her, a Qtr Pounder meal for me. When we got to the food window the cashier told us to pull around and park in the front. Now that’s fine I don’t mind, but we waited for 15 minutes, 4 people that were behind us got their food first. Somebody who had just gotten into the drive through and ordered AFTER us got their food before us as well. And each time the guy came out to give food to the people behind us, he would say each time. “I’ll get yours right out for you.” But clearly not. So I went inside and asked where me and my girlfriend’s food was. It was sitting on their warmer. After they handed it to me I checked to be sure everything was in the bag and I noticed that our food was hot. I’m not going to complain about the fact that my food was fresh. I’m going to complain about the fact that, if my order that I had ordered 15 minutes ago was fresh and hot, that means that FIVE people behind me, WHO ORDERED AFTER ME, had their food cooked and taken out to them BEFORE my food that I had ordered FIFTEEN minutes ago was just barely cooked. Oh and on top of that they forgot our straws and didn’t have any honey. Now I know drive through times are important but they are not worth sacrificing patronage from a customer. Do better.
