The way she said it didn’t feel polite at all — it came across as dismissive and rude. It left me feeling hurt and disrespected over something that should have been a simple request. I hope management takes note, because customers deserve to be treated kindly.

That said, every time the tables are dirty, the staff is basically absent. If you catch one expect a quick fix and out. This last time was the icing on the cake with ants on some tables and the ants were crawling on the soda machine and all over the tea dispenser. When we told them we were informed they knew and were working on it and just left it. The ice machine was of course out of ice. This location just needs help. This is on top of good luck getting your order right. With their current prices this is unacceptable.
