  It is to sterile, staff is unfriendly if you actually deal with them. Unfortunately they hide behind a bunch of machines that I don't want to deal with

  I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac box along with other items. When I got home, the Big Macs had onions on them—even though I specifically asked for NO onions, which I cannot eat. On top of that, we didn’t even get the nuggets we paid for. I called and spoke with Cassandra, the manager, who told me she would replace the entire meal. She said to come in, tell them I spoke with her, and that she would put it in the manager chat. So tonight I went in to get food for my family and to finally get the Big Mac box that was made wrong the first time. Instead, the manager at the counter tells me she can’t honor it because the GM, Jeremy, said he wouldn’t approve it. Then I’m told I can “come in another day” to talk to him about it. Honestly, how ridiculous is that? I’m being asked to come back again over a mistake that wasn’t even mine, and now I’m expected to argue with a general manager about a twenty-dollar box? This wasn’t my error—this was your company’s mistake. I should not have to keep coming back and jumping through hoops because your staff can’t get the order right and then refuses to honor what a manager already promised. Cassandra said she would take care of it, and yet Jeremy, the person who oversees her, suddenly says no? The customer service here is unbelievable, and judging by what I’ve heard from other people who visit this location, this isn’t the first time

  My online order was stolen before I arrived to pick it up. The female manager then refused to remake the order. Night crew Thursday Nov 6th.

  So many of the reviews for this place are from people who have obviously never worked in food service a day in their life. This is consistently the cleanest and most fresh food that you can get from any McDonald’s within like a 30 mile radius. I would know, I go to McDonald’s like every day 😂. This one is great!
