  WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE GIRL IN THE MORNING WITH GLASSES NEEDS TO BE FIRED. NO HELLO NO SMILE ACTS LIKE SHE DOESN'T WANT TO BE THERE WORKING. DIDN'T SAY HELLO TO ANY CUSTOMERS. VERY RUDE!!!! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE. AND THE DOORS /WINDOWS ARE DIRTY. THE INSIDE WAS TOO HOT. TURN THE HEATER OFF. WE ARE IN ARIZONA!!!! GET IT RIGHT.

  I went to your location at the Arrowhead mall and went to the counter to order and was told to use the self order screen after two other customers ahead ordered from the employee and I said no I’ll order through you, KID decided to look at the young lady that ordered in front of me that I let in to order due to being on the phone and laughed at me. I’m gonna tell yeah I’m a two time combat veteran and that really pist me off! I’m expecting a phone call! I walked away this was about ten minutes ago. Your employee need tracing. The rudest customer service I’ve ever had. Get it right over there! Do better for America!! Added the location so there was no confusion

  Went and ordered 3 peanut butter moods (thick) for my kids and I. I shouldve tried them before driving away because they're the worst ones i've ever had (and we ALWAYS order this drink when we come). I always go to this location and never have had an issue before tonight. My drink was pure banana and not the good kind, the kind that is old, browning, and mushy like its going bad. There was no peanut butter or chocolate to it at all. 4 sips into the drink my stomach started hurting so I tried some of the other 2 i bought for my kids to see if they tasted better. Disappointed to say they were worse. The kids drinks had a hint of chemical/cleaner taste to them on top of mushy old banana with no peanut butter or chocolate to taste. When inside watching them make the drinks it did strike me as odd that the staff were wiping their hands on their clothes and aprons, touching rags, brooms and other items while also touching the lids and drinks (no gloves or handwashing in between). One of the guys even reached into a bucket by where they mix the drinks to grab something and put it in his mouth. As I was leaving I saw the 2 employees taking the remainder of the drinks in the blender and pouring them into cups for themselves to enjoy so hopefully they get sick from it just like I did. Its always so disappointing to spend $24 dollars on something that makes you sick and then you have to throw away. Needless to say I wont be coming back unless its different staff working when I do.

  I genuinely enjoy coming here, but I wanted to share an issue I’ve been dealing with. The last time I visited, I ordered a bowl with Nutella drizzle. Unfortunately, there was an excessive amount of Nutella—large chunks of it—so I asked if I could receive a partial refund. I was told the refund would be processed back to my card within 5–10 business days. This was on September 30th. I waited, and by mid-October, I still hadn’t received anything. I went back and spoke with a staff member who assured me she would take care of it. I waited patiently, but the store became busy and I eventually needed to leave for an appointment. I asked if I could leave my phone number so she could call or text me once it was handled. She agreed, and I thanked her. A week passed with no update, so I called again and was told to leave my number again. I did—and still received no follow-up. It is now November, and not only have I still not received the refund, but I have not received any communication from the store. At this point, it’s less about the money and more about the lack of communication and follow-through.
