  I'm glad Fry's came to Vistancia. I don't miss the crowded four corners one bit. Everyone from the associates to the management have been kind and helpful. The store is always laid out so nicely. I also enjoy the wider isles. Definitely the best Fry's in the valley!

  I like this frys, it's new and finally glad that one opened up in Vistancia. Jimmy in the deli department was very kind, professional, and great to talk to. The place is always kept clean and organized

  Customer service was a nightmare! I purchased a $25 gift card and was given one with $0 on it. Every time I contacted Frys, in person, phone call, and email, they would just give me a different number, that would get me to the same department, that could not help me. Finally, today after over 2 weeks of getting no where, I was emailed a number to call. It was the same department that could not help me. The original person connected me to a person, who then transferred me to a third person. They then transferred me to Kroger customer service and was given a $25 credit to the store. I'm not sure if I got a faulty card or if the person who rang my order up saw an opportunity and took it, as my card was a different UPC than the card I was given. I asked specific questions but nobody would answer them.

  This store is new, clean, and stocks everything I need. It's in an area that hasn't been overly developed so the store isn't super crowded. I love that. The isles are large with open areas which makes it easy for customers to take care of their shopping with ease.
