  Customer service was a nightmare! I purchased a $25 gift card and was given one with $0 on it. Every time I contacted Frys, in person, phone call, and email, they would just give me a different number, that would get me to the same department, that could not help me. Finally, today after over 2 weeks of getting no where, I was emailed a number to call. It was the same department that could not help me. The original person connected me to a person, who then transferred me to a third person. They then transferred me to Kroger customer service and was given a $25 credit to the store. I'm not sure if I got a faulty card or if the person who rang my order up saw an opportunity and took it, as my card was a different UPC than the card I was given. I asked specific questions but nobody would answer them.

  This store is new, clean, and stocks everything I need. It's in an area that hasn't been overly developed so the store isn't super crowded. I love that. The isles are large with open areas which makes it easy for customers to take care of their shopping with ease.

  I moved to the neighborhood about 6 months ago and have been shopping at this Frys recently. The store itself is great, and most of the employees are friendly. However, as someone who works in the service industry, I am very aware of the management and higher waged employees. Two name tags in particular that standout are Danny and Ryan. Ryan is very rude, cold, and seems judgmental of people that don’t look like him. I have seen him make faces and whispers that I find inappropriate. Also, I have seen Danny be aggressive and berate employees while they are working. It’s sad and borderline abusive. Aside from that the store is great. Clean, produce is always amazing, and the Starbucks is awesome! I just don’t like how the management is treating customers and employees. Specifically, Danny and Ryan, please do better.

  Friendly staff and I’m always greeted with a smile. Fresh selections (meat, deli, charcuterie, produce) are exceptional and high quality. Prices are on par with the quality and sales happen regularly. My go-to grocery store while (frequently) visiting.

  Everyone here is extremely professional and friendly, from the deli worker Ethan to the management, I absolutely love everyone here.
