EDIT - Nice canned response from whoever monitors reviews. Suggesting that I tell corporate how badly managed their location is is a choice...... No where near as good as other locations. Been going to Fleming's for well over 20 years. We recently moved to Peoria and have tried this location twice. Both times were disappointments. Most recently we went for our anniversary, something we have done numerous times in the past. The hostess sat us in a nice booth but no one came to clear the extra place settings, instead we kept pushing random extra pieces to the edge of the table until they had all been removed by 3 different people. The service assistant brought two glasses of tap water without prompting, not bother to ask if we preferred bottle / sparkling. It took several minutes to be greeted by our server, probably because he liked to hear himself talk and spent far too long chatting up his tables. The food was fine, but not up to standard. The carpaccio was served on a HOT plate and half of it was cooked. The steak was slightly overcooked, a first for us. The Fleming's potatoes were as wonderful as ever but the lobster mac and cheese was dry and flavorless. We still miss the creamed spinach! We took our desserts to-go as we often do then was presented with an inaccurate bill which took a long time to get corrected. Pre-bussing was almost as non-existent as the customary special occasion dessert plate that we have photographed so many times before. The next day I opened up the carrot cake that I took home for breakfast and found a 1/4 full cup of caramel sauce (normally close to full) and the driest cake I've ever had from Fleming's The ambiance is pedestrian with loud contemporary music and a LOT of tourists in t-shirts. It is worth the drive to Scottsdale for a much more sophisticated and consistent fine-dining experience.

One of my favorite places. The food is always excellent. Unfortunately, this time I had to give a bad rating for service. The waitress wasn't so much the problem as it was her busboy. He was extremely slow and inattentive. We even had to bring it to the waitresses attention a couple times.

We really enjoyed the good. One of the best sirloins I’ve tried in AZ and my wife really enjoy the lobster tails. Only disappointed thing was the waitress’s helper. He came too many times trying to remove our plates. It made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. They still had food but we were taking our time and enjoying the atmospheres and friends.

I’ve never been disappointed with anything from Fleming’s, until now. I ordered the French Dip Filet with fries, and unfortunately, it just wasn’t good. I asked for no salt on the fries, but they came salted anyway, so I couldn’t eat them. The steak wasn’t seasoned and was a bit greasy. Some parts were tough, and overall, the sandwich lacked flavor, it mostly tasted like greasy steak with onions. Even the au jus didn’t help. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this sandwich at all.
