  I placed a mobile order through the app at 11:15 AM and it said my order would be ready at 11:35. It wasn’t actually ready until 11:50. During that entire time I watched multiple cars go through the drive-through and several walk-up customers place and receive their orders before mine,even though I had already ordered and paid ahead. What made it even more frustrating is that I spent over $57 on this order. If customers are going to spend that kind of money, the least that should happen is that mobile orders are prepared in a reasonable time and not constantly pushed behind new orders. This also isn’t the first time. It’s at least the fourth time this exact situation has happened at this location, which makes it pretty clear that mobile orders simply are not being prioritized. Another issue is that there is no clear system for mobile order pickup. I had to stand in the same line as people placing new orders just to let someone know I was there for my mobile order. There should absolutely be a separate pickup area or line for customers who already ordered ahead. The overall environment also feels chaotic. The employees often seem more focused on yelling across the stand and being extremely loud than actually paying attention to orders that have already been placed. I understand Dutch Bros is known for having an upbeat and energetic culture, but there’s a difference between friendly and just being loud and unprofessional. It’s disappointing because this location is right down the street from me, but after multiple experiences like this I’ll probably start going somewhere else.

  My family and I just had the best experience here! The manager and everyone there was super helpful. My daughter was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and we were trying to make sure what she was ordering was safe for her and the manager took the time to double check the sauces and ingredients for us and made suggestions. So appreciative of their help! Come get your coffee here!

  Nayeli a barista at Dutch, was very nice and friendly. Not having the best day and she turned my day around with her uplifting personality and made my day. I definitely recommend this location, not just her but everyone there were in such high spirit and so nice even on such a busy Saturday afternoon. Thank you so much Nayeli for your service.

  I visited this location this morning. I placed my order via mobile app. I ordered 1 large and 1 medium drink. When I go to pick up my drinks, I am handed 2 mediums. When I asked about it, the person said are you sure? I walked away frustrated. One of the drinks was for my son at work. He tasted his( A molten lava) and he said there was so much cinnamon flavor in it he couldn't drink it. This is the second time within a week they have messed up my drink order. It seems like the people who work her, don't care anymore. I will go to the Thunderbird location from now on or wait until the location at 99th and Indian School Road opens up.
