The service and the people just speaking to you when you order is not great at all, then the way that you guys package the food is not good either. The chocolate donut was pushed up against the side in the bag with the vanilla donut, and the strawberry donut that we didn't order (we actuallyordered two chocolat) which resulted in the icing being all over the inside of the bag and not on the donuts. The donuts are not fresh that we all know that by now. But, just making them a little bit more presentable and edible would be good.
