  Today my mom came in around 11a to pick up a mobile order that she placed 2 hours prior to physically picking it up. When she arrived, she waited very patiently, but wasn't greeted or acknowledged for about 4 ish minutes. As a nice girl comes to help her with her mobile order, a person who seemed to be the manager on shift, redirects the girl to go to the window and my mom is just waiting there. Finally someone else came up to help my mom, and at that point my mom had asked for a refund, and if there was a manager on shift that could help her with it. Joseph comes up, no greeting or apology for the wait, and has a poor attitude during the rest of the interaction, and spoke in a very rude manner. Although we do understand busyness can affect the overall tone of shift, that's no reason to be unkind, or dismissive in a customer service environment.

  I visited this establishment expecting excellent service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I had requested a toasted white chocolate, and it was excessively strong. My fiancé and I kindly informed the staff about the intensity of the chocolate, and they promptly prepared another one, which was exactly how I had requested it. However, the worker in the back made a rude remark, suggesting that we would have to wait. I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. I also failed to mention the cashier, who seemed to be bothered by our conversation. While I understand that she may not enjoy interruptions, she should have been more accommodating. Considering these experiences, I’m hesitant to return to this location if this is the standard of service I can expect.

  Every time I visit this location- the employees are problematic. I had to request the employees change gloves after handling cash before they handle food. Today Joseph was extremely rude- I went to place my order and I did request that the donuts be placed in separate bags as they are going to different people. Joseph was obviously upset as he threw the bag on the counter, grabbed 2 new bags and told me how I “need to verbalize my orders moving forward”. If Joseph is the manager as he claims, no wonder everyone else there is so miserable

  Burnt breakfast sandwich..really why..seems to be the thing here. Forgot about special 6 bucks placed order wasn't offered the special ended up spending over 10 bucks Ya won't be back here again. Owner you need to pay attention to what employees are cooking..

  Nothing like getting a bitter coffee with a bitter attitude first thing in the morning, drive thru order for an iced coffee. It was so bad, I parked and went inside- ask for a remake because of how bitter the coffee is and she rolls her eyes asking whats wrong...... I just said it qas bitter. She snatches it and remakes it, mean while her and another employee are arguing. More then not in the mornings the coffee is a huge miss, and the attitudes suck at this dunkin. For this reason I usually drive to 59th and thunderbird.
