When we walked in, several food items were empty on the service line, and there was visible trash and food debris in the sauce/serving area. The restaurant did not appear clean. We were told there would be a 5–8 minute wait for chicken. When our food was served, the chicken inside the tacos was undercooked and raw in the center. This is a serious food safety issue. Raw poultry is dangerous, and this should never reach a customer’s plate. My son was eating before we realized it was not fully cooked. My husband spoke with the on-site manager, Casey, who refunded our order. While we appreciate the refund, that does not address the larger issue of food handling and kitchen oversight. We also emailed management and received no response. This location needs immediate attention regarding sanitation, food temperature controls, and staff training. Food safety should not be optional.

Gave me a toddler’s portion of chicken. I’ve actually rarely had a portion issue at a chipotle before so it could just be this location or employee maybe.

The chain is already known for serving the minimum amount of meat, and now they have more than doubled the price of extra meat. I won't be coming here anymore
