  I love chipotle, but this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. No greeting when I got to the counter. The young man just gestured with his chin at me, didn’t say a words. I guess he was asking me what I wanted. He dint say a word to me, as he sloppily and carelessly plopped the food in my bowl, only giving me half spoon portion sizes. When the girl at the front asked me for here or to go, I answered for here. The same disrespectful young man made a disgusted face at me and said “No!”. Terrible experience. Making me lose hope in this generation.

  My kid child visited this restaurant with school friends to buy and eat food, and they were suddenly asked to leave with no explanation just before payment. There was no disruptive behavior, no policy cited, and no reason given, which left my child feeling humiliated and singled out. As a parent, I am deeply concerned about safety of my kid. This is unacceptable behavior by staff, and I urge management to investigate this incident if it had “other” intentions, review any footage, and ensure all customers—especially kids—are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect going forward.

  This behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. The employees involved should be investigated and if appropriate held accountable under the law. Earlier this evening, my children went into the shop to buy food. One of the employees initially told them, *“Get out, I cannot serve you.”* Moments later, the same employee asked, *“How can I help you?”* Confused but assuming the issue had been resolved, the kids placed an order for quesadillas. The employee took the food inside to heat it, handed it back to them, and they returned to school.However, when they began eating, three of them noticed the food tasted extremely salty even though they had ordered different items. This raises serious concerns about what may have been done to the food before it was served. Tampering with food or treating customers—especially kids in this manner is disturbing and unacceptable. This incident needs to be taken seriously and investigated immediately.

  They COULDNT get my order right, I waited for 20min to pick up my order. Then waited again because my order wasn't right. Only to come home and find my order wasn't right again. . . Would never order from here again!

  Didn’t even get to order before pretty much the lady being completely rude. Asked if i started the line there, she said yes. Turned around & started clearing out the guacamole out of a container while proceeding to slam the rest of the containers into one another. Heard something about this day, these customers etc. I get a wait for awhile finishing up something. To start throwing a lil tantrum cause you have to serve me is wild. Walked out cause I personally don’t need rude service
