The line worker couldnt even be bothered by attempting to spread the ingredients across the bottom bun making it look like you were getting a full sandwich. The place is dirty. It is so dirty that the grime is embedded into the DNA of the building space, like a blotchy epidermis of a sick hairless cat. When I went to complain about the serving size. The line worker was like I was hallucinating. The attitude... I guess I was supposed to spend $3 more and order extra meat to get a proper serving. Got a refund from the manager who did it without issue. I never tried Charles. I wont be going there for beef sandwhiches ever again. I'll stick with Portillos down the road. Costs about the same and you get a full beef sammich.
