  We made reservations for a large Italian family gathering to celebrate a birthday, and Buca di Beppo accommodated our group of 20 with ease. They set us up in our own dedicated space upstairs, which made the celebration feel even more special and comfortable for everyone. The service was excellent—our waitress was friendly, attentive, and did a great job taking care of such a large group. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with old-world Italian charm throughout the restaurant. The walls are filled with nostalgic photos, artwork, and decorative pieces that create a fun and memorable dining experience. We always have a great time when we visit Buca and look forward to coming back again

  So a little concerning was the plates that you eat off. They are laid out beforehand and mine had visible dust from the nearby Ac. The fuzz that accumulates on the fan. It was pretty concerning considering the entire place has the plates pre set. Just sitting out for hopefully hours and not days. So just make sure its clean.

  Laura was our server for a very special anniversary dinner. It was our first Visit Buca di Beppo. Our choice was a salmon. It was excellent best I’ve had in quite a while. Laura was extremely helpful and selecting some wine for my guest and I she definitely added to the experience in a warm positive and professional manner. Nice job Laura thank you

  The only reason this review is getting above 1 star is because of the manager Bri. We booked a birthday reservation and I do understand new servers might be slower but the quality of service tonight was honestly astonishing. We had to bus our own tables, send members of our party to hunt down our waitress Alissa for to-go boxes and refills which I feel like going to a "nice" restaurant we should never have to do that. One entree came out before the other ones which were about 15/20 mins later. 9 people eating 1 small bowl of pasta doesnt last very long... every other birthday reservation had sometime of birthday celebration with their waiter singing and our waitress just said "oh its your birthday" and that was it, our table felt shunned. We've come here multiple times for separate special occasions and service and food were always top notch. Some people just aren't able or equipped to handle more than a 4-top. The manager who we asked for was a server we've previously had and she was very understanding of our frustrations and our not so great experience. Overall PLEASE don't let a server out onto the floor unless they are prepared, the place wasn't even busy ):

  I'm sorry to say I didn't give them a chance. We went for dinner on our 43rd Anniversary and we were seated upstairs very quickly. The setting was low lighting but from the smell and taking a better look around it's obvious some deep cleaning needs to be done to the carpet, furniture and decor. After a few more minutes we left and went to our favorite location for Italian which has never disappointed. Now days with the price of eating out being so expensive, poor service and lower quality ingredients we only ask for clean environments. I'm afraid of what their kitchen and facilities look like. Establishments need to bring their "A" game if I'm going to give them my business. Common sense!
