I got the order and the cherry and marshmallow was missing and the sundae didn't look like a two scoops but one. I call the store to ask about the missing cherry and marshmallow and the young lady on the line was very rude, straight up told me she can't help me I should call Uber. Am like did you add the cherry and marshmallow before the person got it , but she kept on speaking over me saying there is nothing she can do . When I ask for supervisor she said she was the manager and disconnect the call. Like who is hiring these low- life individuals with no character or manners.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
