Funny thing is, they don’t even have gelato in store, just haagen-Dazs. There are still some random Baskin Robbin’s cakes. There is still Baskin Robbin’s banding everywhere including the menus on the wall and the sign on the outside of the building. The store looks terribly run down. Avoid this place at all costs!

When we found out that this location no longer sells either of the ice cream flavors we have been ordering in cakes for over 30 years, Camilla went out of her way to find a solution that would work in time for our event. PS - To whom ever does the inventory, please start ordering the chocolate peanut butter and chocolate fudge ice creams again. They are Baskin Robbins staples. Thank you! :)

I wanted to leave a tip to the hard-working young people, but when I paid with my debit card, the machine did not give me the option to leave a tip. Hopefully the owner or management will see this review and have that option available. These young kids deserve to make a few extra bucks!

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
