She showed clear attitude as soon as I pressed the button. I’m all for tipping when someone provides table service, refills drinks, or goes above and beyond - but expecting a tip for simply handing over a pickup order is unreasonable. The tip culture pressure has gotten out of control, and this experience really left a bad impression. Good pizza or not, I don’t appreciate being made to feel guilty for not tipping in a situation where it isn’t warranted. I hope the management addresses this.
