- DGdavid gouldFeb 11, 20263.0If there was a 3 1/2 that's what I would have picked. The only reason I actually come to this Albertsons is their Nashville hot chicken strips or freaking amazing! That would have gotten a five star. The problem here is that the employees are usually less than friendly and they don't have a self-checkout which is super annoying. I usually will just go to Safeway even though it's a little bit longer drive because then they have self-checkout and I don't have to wait for all the people that have 800 more things than I do and my basket

I was looking for "no sugar added apple pie" I didn't see any out so I told her what I wanted and she walked around with an attitude looking for it and said we don't have sugar free. I said it's not sugar free it's no sugar added. It's nothing out can you please check in the freezer. They do have it in the freezer most of the time. When she opened the freezer door looked at me rolled her eyes on me. I was like wow 😲. What's wrong with her? What did I do? When she comes out , she slams the door so hard I was like wow 😲 again. What's wrong with her? And while she's separating this frozen pies she is whistling. I was like thang . What is wrong with her? What a hateful person. Very bad customer service. I hope management reads this reviews

But there have been more then a few times when food was found expired, so I have learned to go for the new ones in the very back. Also, recently you hired a old, spiteful women named Katie to work the register. Yeah, please get rid of her. She doesn't know customer service. Shes stared daggers at me the whole time. No smile. No hello. Just "I dont want to pick up that tea can you put it back in your cart?" No "please" or "thank you". Just demands. And she also rudely said "the cart goes behind me". No it doesn't when I have 2 toddlers who can fall out of it without a adult nearby. She is giving your store a bad rap.
