- PPPriscilla1 day ago5.0My reg is the Kicker. But I wanted to share how amazing the staff and service has been for me over the yrs. I used to be a regular but I relocated to Santa Clarita California. And when I come to visit I always stop at this location on Thunderbird. Every single time I've had the best service, if.. for whatever reason I want something adjusted or forget something, without hesitation they fix it. I'm please suggesting if this location can train the location opening in Valencia California. This team is definitely on point! Unfortunately I don't remember every team members name, but I had the pleasure of being helped by Jarvis today and of course again everything was Phenomenal. Thank you so much Dutchie Team for refreshing my memory of how Amazing the drinks are!! šš„ I'm already hyping you guys up in Valencia please open soon... lol Oh and my friends are waiting 45mins in the location in FL because I shared how good everything is... Lol (Just wanted to share...) You guys are awesome!

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
