- RGRebecca Gaba1 day ago1.0Do not order ahead here. They always seem to out of things and do not mark them unavailable in the app like munchkins and cups.... The quality is fine. You are better off ordering in person at this location.
- CBChris B6 days ago2.0Lobby was closed - have a handwritten note saying so, but people were inside sitting at the tables. So used the drive-thru, not a huge deal. They were out of most of the donuts, got a half dozen of random selection they had, got home all of the donuts look sad and old and all taste like coffee. The customer service was great, I will say that. But I basically wasted 12$ on donuts cause I threw them all in the trash.
- EEErnesto6 days ago4.0I have never been inside and probably never will. Only ever use the drive thru for coffee places. This location is not my favorite Dunkin. It definitely needs a renovation and some money thrown at the drive thru lane. I don’t know if the water quality is different here and it affects the drinks but I swear this locations drinks are all a few notches lower quality and taste compared to newer Dunkin’s. As much as I hate traffic on grand, I honestly think that locations drinks taste way better and the staff is friendlier than this one. But this location is way more convenient. Dunkin, please fix this location up! 🙏

And seemed like she didn't want to be there. I asked for 3 sugars in my coffee. None was put in and lid wasn't on correctly. The place only had 4 elderly couples in there. Business wasn't that busy.
