  This is the worst chipotle ever! Came here around 1:30 noticed there is a line wrapped around the whole store, so I continued to stand here for about 30 mins and wasn’t even half way to ordering food. I heard someone say they are out of things. So, I left and went on here and found everyone saying the same thing. Hire better people or more or figure something out. These reviews don’t stay up forever! People take them down if stuff changes. I went to cafe Rio right across the street instead no line no running out of food people are nice and it’s fast!

  Do not try to place an order through their app or through DoorDash. This location doesn’t care to fulfill online orders, and chipotle as a corporation does not care to take care of customers or provide any kind of resolution.

  This location is a nightmare. Came in on Saturday 4/11 at 5:15pm and they were out of rice and carnitas. Thats fine, but the employees started rushing and did not strain any of the juice out of any of the beans for our 3 bowls. Just slopped it in there. Same thing with the pico de gallo, no straining the juice just dumped it in. By the time we went to eat, the entire bowl tasted like beans and all the WHITE rice was BROWN from soaking up the tremendous amount of bean juice. The rice was also only halfway cooked. The counters were SO messy. One of the employees wiped the counter with his hand and then put the lid on my bowl wiping sour cream ALL OVER the top and guacamole ALL OVER the containers. I dont understand how this location went downhill so quickly. It's not that hard of work if the employees pay even the smallest amount of attention to what they are doing.

  Horrible service, very slow. Chips were old and stale . Cashier was interested in talking to a guy rather than serve customer. Wont ever eat here again. Garbage cans full. Lake pleasant location, peoria Arizona. Saturday afternoon, around 3pm.

  I was very aggravated by the teenage workers chatting and gossiping while there’s a whole line waiting to order. There were at least 6 teenagers behind the counter who didn’t even acknowledge me in line while i waited. They didn’t have any brown rice ready and when i asked For a little bit of pico he proceeds to scoop a huge scoop. I was so angry and the service was extremely slow
