  It's hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and other times it's meh. Today was absolute garbage and a waste of money. Tooooo much Adobo, too much bean juice. I wish the food was consistent. Will be skipping for a while.

  I had the worst food poisoning of my life. I got a bowl in Tuesday evening 3/24 and woke up in the middle of night throwing up and didn’t stop till about 5pm. I had a chicken bowl with white rice, pinto beans, queso, cheese, lettuce. I don’t know if it was the meat or what it was but that was the worst 24 hours of my life I still can’t really eat much and it’s been 3 days because I still get pretty nauseous.

  I have never been so disrespected in an establishment like this. Truly the WORST customer service in my life. I will not ever give Chipotle my business. I won't even deliver an order for Chipotle. They in no way understand customer service. The ineptitude is shocking. Management has incredibly low standards. The problems do not reside at the bottom as one might think. This starts from the top down. I would sincerely recommend changing the standard you exemplify because no business would or will survive with these low expectations. I know a lot of people and I will certainly tell them what I think of your company. Sincerely, Former Customer

  I was tired from working out, having just left the gym. When got to line the server repeatedly tried to minimize the portions of each item I ordered, which was beyond irritating. When I asked for chicken he put a half spoon on my bowl. Having ordered this item numerous times I know that a full spoon was the standard. I politely asked for more children and the server began to lecture me about what portion size he could give me. Finally I snapped. I said cancel my order, I will go eat somewhere else, and left. It is beyond stupid for a restaurant to lose a customer over a nickel and dime issue, and then lecture the customer when they politely complain. I will be eating at this location a lot less in the future.

  Placed an online order for pickup got a veggie bowl but didn’t want fajita veggies and there wasn’t an option for it. walked inside waited for the girl at the front to finish helping everyone cause it was busy. I asked her if they could make it without the fajita veggies didn’t want problems was gonna be okay if they had already made it. She goes “what do you want me to do about it” umm do your job? I didn’t need the attitude it was gross. It was at 4:30 on Thursday it was a short girl with a lip piercing and curly hair maybe. her attitude was ugly and unnecessary. just wanted to see if i could get no veggies , I recommend some better customer service.
