  Arby's is slowly gone further and further downhill. The quality, the customer service, the cleanliness. This is not the store i used to go to when I was a child.

  Food was cold and was told to park even though there was no one in the line behind us and ended up going inside and there is at least 5 people just walking in circles in the kitchen until 1 noticed I walked in and she grabbed my food that was made and sitting on the counter. Absolutely lazy and rude.

  Food and everything was great but I have to admit I’m a bit disappointed in how the employees were treating their coworker Michael. There seemed to be a lot of making fun of him and yelling at him and it was hard to watch. At one point they commented on how he hadn’t restocked ranch and said something like “I know how hard it is to grab little ranch cups” sarcastically and everyone started laughing. It made me very sad to see the way they were treating him especially in front of customers.
