- CJCasey Johnson2 days ago5.0My 3 boy's and I came into the restaurant yesterday on the 2nd of march. We were so happy with the quality of our pizza. We have been coming there for a long time. This was the first time we were all like wow this pizza taste amazing. The staff was very helpful the young lady by the name of Brandice who I believe is a manager in training. Made our experience over the top with her positive attitude and great customer service. Thank you and your staff for a great experience. We look forward to coming back!

The cashier said "We cannot have you here becauae we close in 15 minutes" I don't know about you, but when I worked ANYWHERE, you don't close the lobby for your customer IF they are ALREADY inside. He was very rude. The other guy that gave us the pizza was very nice. I hope corporate sees this comment, and talk to the store manager, so his/her workers get additional training in customer service.

When I arrived, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while two staff members (including a man who turned out to be the manager, Jeremy) saw me but ignored me. A kind woman from the buffet area finally helped me get seated and explained the process. When I finished and went to pay, I waited another 5+ minutes at the counter. Jeremy saw me again but said nothing until he eventually yelled across the restaurant to Leah that she needed to handle my payment. It felt unprofessional and like there was tension among the staff. Overall: Decent food, but the poor service really hurt the experience.
