I walked over to customer service to see if they could help me,was told that they only do refunds and lottery. I asked if someone could open express lane, she didn't respond, turn her back to me and walked away. Very rude. I have a disability you can't see, Multiple sclerosis. It acts up when ever it wants to and that day it acted up. My legs were in pain, walking was difficult. Then they opened two other lanes, not express. I could not run to get to them. So I left my 4 items at the customer service desk and left. Monte Vista Colorado safeway has excellent customer service people working for them. I am rethinking about coming into your store, would rather drive to Lake Havasu. By the way two other friends here in Bouse one from Canada will not shop at your store due to their bad experience with your employees. I have a back ground in customer service and your employees need some MAJOR retraining in that field. Don't ask your customers to bag their own groceries either!!!!!
