When I tried to add a simple item, I was cut off in a rude and dismissive way and told to “finish your first order first.” Throughout the interaction, he was unfriendly and not welcoming at all. The overall tone and behavior made me feel uncomfortable and treated differently. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and this experience was disappointing.

I placed an online order and the restaurant was completely packed—pickup orders, walk-ins, everything. Even with the chaos, the staff handled it like absolute pros. The kitchen was insanely busy, but the teamwork was incredible. Everyone was moving nonstop, working like machines, and still getting orders out smoothly. It was honestly great to watch. Thank you for working so hard on Christmas and for serving an excellent pizza. Truly appreciate the effort!
