  I eat at subway for lunch almost every day. I visited this location in Tucson and the manager wanted to charge me for extra mayonnaise!! I mean what the heck? I asked if she was joking and she said no. So I walked out and never going back. This manager has the worst customer service approach that I have ever seen and was trying to rip me off. Charging for extra mayo?????!!!

  Me and my friend got scammed out of 6 dollars, we don’t have much money, they wouldn’t give our money back. The food was not worth getting scammed.

  There’s just one worker who is a young female with brown hair and I ordered Four foot-long sandwiches and she complained and said multiple times you have to give me a big tip for this I just had a lunch rush and then Vaped A foot away from me in the back like I couldn’t see then came back and made two other sandwiches and then when her manager came back from smoking outside she made her remake just one of the Correctly made and done sandwiches? Just like too high, I assume, but just go down to the one down the road

  Unacceptable behavior from the manager. My girlfriend was told to move her car, and when she said she couldn't, the manager threatened to ‘make a phone call’ and implied her car would get hit/damaged. No customer should be threatened. Avoid this location. I would give zero stars if I could..

  This store has a very very disrespectful Manager and she's teaching the other workers to be the same way. Don't waste your time or money at this place.
