If you reference that review ( Broadway & Alvernon ) you will read about the issue we encountered with the staff on 12/31/25. The owner of the store who also owns this store ( Oro Valley ) was quick to reach out to us and let us know that the conduct that was displayed at the Broadway store was not acceptable not policy or how staff is trained. In addition to an investigation into this problem at Broadway store he offered to comp a meal at the Oro Valley location. We accepted and on 1/11/2026 we visited the store. Staff greeted us on arrival and after a brief encounter with the manager we were served fresh American Classic Smash Burgers, hot and fresh tater tots, and a side of chili along with the customary drinks. The staff had no idea who we were when we entered but the greeting was warm and friendly in fact everybody that entered the store was greeted in a like manner while we dined. I didn't write the Broadway review to receive a comped meal ( however it was appreciated and thoughtful ) but to point out the experience that we received at the Broadway store and to hope some changes could be made for the benefit of other customers. Oro Valley was friendly, respectful, and the food was great !
