I asked if the florist was in and she informed me that he had just left ten minutes ago. Another employee, non florist, offered to help but Sally was on to it. She showed me options and was open to my ideas about a small hostess thank-you flower arrangement. The final touch was a festive bow and she created it beautifully. Her kind, going-the-extra mile nature left such a great impression on me and the party hostess was thrilled with the just right lovely flowers.
