Basma, Carlos and another "unnameable" manager all worked 12/15/25 @ noon and treated every customer around me including myself extremely rude and unprofessional. They will not give courtesy, they do not have respect, they treat you like they hate you for coming into the restaurant. Than because they refuse to be professional together you get nothing but a staff that is less caring hence the rushes they never seem to tame, or the orders they never get right, or how they almost never give u the right drink! You will wait for an hour at lunch and they refuse refunds to your face!
