Carrabba's Italian Grill is ALWAYS a good choice. We found the establishment clean and well maintained, free of any noticeable defects or issues. We were extremely fortunate to have Michael as our server, Michael has consistently provided outstanding table service at various locations for many years, and tonight he put his professional talents on full display impressing us once again. Under the current economic uncertainty, I'm very picky where I spend money at. While eating is a life sustaining biological requirement, eating out is now priced to be considered an extravagant luxury. I want three things when l go out to eat. I want a nice venue with warm inviting ambiance, I want food that's better then l can prepare for myself at home and most importantly I want to be treated as a valued guest with outstanding service. Carrabba's was tastefully decorated with holiday festive flair reflecting the joy and wonder of the upcoming Christmas season. The dining room was spotless, warm and inviting. The staff buzzed about on par with a well choreographed ballet. We ordered calamari as our appetizer which arrived after a slight delay resulting over some kitchen confusion, Michael aggressively addressed the delay in a highly professional manor. We found the calamari to be hot, fresh and extremely delicious. Eventually we placed our entrée orders, delayed by the numerous choices, all of which sounded inviting and fantastic. Collectively we had chicken soup, spicy sausage and lentil soup and a house salad. The chicken soup unfortunately failed to impress. While it was decent, the soup simply lacked any depth of flavor, sadly falling well shy of remotely impressive. The spicy sausage lentil soup on the other hand was simply superb, a masterpiece of culinary excellence packed with bold full flavors. The house salad was well seasoned and dressed proportionately and was happily received. For our main course entrées, we elected to partake with the chicken marsala with a side of spaghetti, a shrimp based fettuccio alfredo dish and a bowl of spaghetti with meatballs. Overall our food selections surpassed our expectations and didn't disappoint. Each plate eclipsed the next in waves of delicious satisfaction. Michael of course kept us well stocked on table necessities, our water glasses never faced an opportunity to run low. It was our friends 90th birthday and Michael threw in a celebratory carmel ice cream dish that was very well received and highly appreciated by the birthday girl. We felt treated but most importantly we felt valued as welcomed guest during our visit. Everything worked well and came together magnificently. While Michael shinned as the face of the restaurant and performed at the top of his game, kudos to the entire support staff behind the scenes that truly make the magic happen through a combined team effort. We live on the far Eastside so it's a logistical hike and a half to visit, but it proved well worth the long drive, can't wait to revisit again.

I love the food at Carrabba's! Always opt for the bread with spices and olive oil. Zucchini fritte for an appetizer, spicy chicken soup, chicken Bryan, sogno. That's what you should order. Our server (Taylor) was great! She was attentive and went 3 miles PAST the extra mile.

The waiter was upset at management and took it out on customers, He brought us one glass of tea to pour into our glasses instead of bringing two full Arnold Palmers. We asked him for paper napkins she was upset that he had to bring us those and so he tossed them on the table. Spoke to one of the managers about the situation I felt it was totally uncalled for and he explained that we weren't the only ones that have complained

I was a busboy while I was in high school when this Carrabba’s first opened. I was always happy with the quality of food back then, and remained so in the years since then. However, last night I was legitimately shocked at how bad it was. Notwithstanding the awful interior redesign some years ago, the chicken soup I got was at least a day or two old. My girlfriend’s salad had a moldy tomato in it and the spring mix was way past its prime. The pasta my girlfriend was served had unmelted mozzarella shreds on top of it and was otherwise mediocre. My chicken marsala was mostly fine, but the mushrooms were clearly from a can. Service was acceptable at best. For the prices this restaurant charges these days, it is far below its initially high standards. May be no wonder then that the place was mostly empty on a Saturday evening.
