  Great tasting Italian food brought with excellent service. The problem is that the ambiance/esthetics are not attractive or inviting and the prices are high. Goodbye Carrabas! It seems as though you won't be around much longer.

  Had a late lunch/early dinner after an appointment. Ate on the bar side of the restaurant. Evening staff was not yet there n shift. Food was great.

  It was the worst food I ever had . I had the johnny trio, I had a Caesar salad with brown lettuce and a ton of parmesan cheese, maybe some people like it That way, it was not for me, Then I also had the tuscan grilled sirloin marsala it was supposed to be medium, it came out overdone the toughest piece of meat I've ever had to cut it was like cutting a shoe. Then I had chicken Bryan very dry. Then I had mezzanine which was cold and not good either When they rewarmed it in the microwave i only ate about a quarter of this meal , and it wasn't like they were busy It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon We were the only couple in there half an hour later Another couple showed up so it was very slow , There was more employees than there were customers.

  We got here and waited 5 minutes at the counter, not one employee was seen just cooks in the back standing around. For a higher class restaurant you would have someone there to say just a minute.... nothing so we left and won't return.

  Carrabbas Italian grill.. no thanks, ill pass... And ill tell you why, ready? here we go Date night for my wife and I as we were in the mood for some good Italian cuisine. Its been years since we have been here and tonight, I was reminded why. We showed up on a Friday night @ 6pm the place was not very busy and after a few minutes we got seated and ordered our appetizers, acombo with calamari mozzarella sticks and zucchini fries. Decent. Then we ordered our main course. I got the fillet and shrimp linguine, med rare on the filet. My wife orded a shrimp linguine weesie with soup and a salad. We waited 30 min for the soup that, correct me if I'm wrong, should already be in a huge pot cooked and ready to put in a cup. And the last time I checked, salad doesn't need to be cooked at all. Yet somehow we waited for 30+ minutes. At last our meal arrives! My pasta was over cooked the steak was well done instead of med rare as I requested and was sliced incorrectly in the wrong direction causing it to be stringy and tough. My wife's shrimp looked iffy at best as if it was freezer burt and then cooked or just cooked too long on one side either way it was not very appetizing. At this point I just wanted this madness to end and get the heck out of there. I asked for the check to pay our bill and cut our losses. Normally I just pay and leave and never come back. But this was such an atrocious meal I felt the need to let them know. If ever in the mood for great Italian cuisine I suggest to go anywhere else. As for my wife and I, we will not be returning. You may feel this is intended as a warning to you but believe me when I say its a reminder to me to not come back
