  Very short staff, Barman who was the server during our lunch was running as a server, he did his best he could, apologized to everyone each time he approached the tables. But the manager who was the cook that day awful, treated the barman terrible,very disrespectful, he started the fight with him. When pretty much everyone left, they started exchanging words out in the dining area. Very disrespectful! If this is how he's treating rest of the staff, im not surprised this location is short on employees. No one wants to hear this and watch the theater we witnessed on 4/25/2026. This should have been discussed in the office.

  Food was OK. My server seemed very eager to take my plates and give me a final bill, though I wasn't finished ordering (or eating). Felt very rushed throughout my meal. 🫤

  Dinner was amazing. William our waiter was on top of it. 7 people and he remembered who's salad and meal went where. Very professional and the best food experience I've had in awhile! Great prices! Friendly staff, not a long wait. Delicious deserts as well@!!!

  My family and I have been working so hard getting our business up and running so it’s been late nights as of lately and tonight we came to Carrabas and Michael gave us the best service ever!! We’ve been hating late night dinners but this dinner and the experience was so worth it that we will certainly continue coming here regularly and will ask for Michael to be our server!!!!

  Today, on 11/27/26, I went to pick up an order shortly after they opened. The online order worked except the separate salad order. I talked to the amazing in charge person. I tried to pay for that salad. She brought it to me and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I asked to pay and she said no, we’re good. We’re good when I make things right. There is nothing this place makes that isn’t amazing. That’s why I keep coming back. Come here because it’s great food with great people running it!
