  All the employees here seem so unhappy to be working at this location. Their wait times are ridiculous and their customer service is awful. My meal was cold from it sitting for so long and even after I paid for a side of Mac sauce the boy employee just left it on the back kitchen counter I had to walk into the kitchen and grab my sauce. Location lacks basic customer service skills.

  THE WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. 30 minutes tops get a simple mc value meal.

  I ordered a BIG ARCH and medium strawberry shake for curbside pickup during my lunch break. The wait ended up taking over 30 minutes, which forced me to leave without my food since I had to clock back in at work. This isn't the first time l've experienced long delays at this location. I tried giving the staff the benefit of the doubt previously, but repeated issues have made me lose confidence. I would avoid this location at all costs.

  This feels like a McDonald's that is penny pinching. They don't even give you napkins unless you ask for them. They forget everything on the order, juice cups, sauces. You have to go back and ask for everything you literally ordered again.
