To our surprise, they stated that they didn’t have any of the flavors we wanted, even though we could clearly see them. The cashier, Manuel, was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. To make matters worse, it was very dirty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

He called over another kid and while he was fixing the issue, he was calling the first one names, swearing. I had to give my order 4 times. Then, a 3rd kid went to make the order. I ordered 3 items. He made two and insisted that is what I ordered. Me and my wife argued with the kid that we did order 3. After having to raise my voice, the 2nd kid came and started to make one of the orders that was already given. I had to explain again. This whole time, these kids were goofing off, swearing, and not paying attention to customers. I would rather go to McDs and deal with the frustration, hoping the machine is working than deal with this BR31

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
