  This place will improve once they can find good management. My experience just now was sub-par. They doubled my order and when they fixed it they didnt give me the side of gravy I paid for.

  The service was good. Greeted as you walked in. Never eaten here before so it was tough trying to decide what to have. The restaurant was clean. Floors were clean as well. Bathroom was kept up. Fountain drinks are nice. Good selection of drinks. Food was decent. But it could definitely use some improvements. Bacon cheeseburger had way to much mustard that covered the taste of everything else. Fries were not as fresh as to be expected. Avocado Bacon Sandwich was soft and not as crispy. Hardly no bacon. Undecided if I would go back to eat. Plus is that they are open 24 hours. Overall a 'C'. This place could use some work. Especially in the food section.

  This place SUCKS at everything but appearance. Yes its NEW but still can not take an order correctly! They make you pull around to the front when you order a chicken sandwich because ther is an evidently 6 minute wait that turns in to about 15 minutes! Only to get what you asked for wrong! Also we ordered a plane cheeseburger that came out with everything but the kitchen sink on it AND had to go back inside and wait again another 10 minutes FOR A PLAIN CHEESEBURGER!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS ITS LIKE THEY ARE TRAINED NOT TO APOLOGIZE OR SHOW ANY REMORSE FOR THERE MISTAKES! ITS AS THO YOU WILL NEVER GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU ASK FOR. SOMTHINGS ALWAYS INCORRECT. LETS SEE HOW MANY OF US GET A RESPONSES FROM OUR REVIEWS, AS AN REPUTABLE COMPANY SHOULD FOR THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS............

  I am pregnant and was craving a burger and Went to use a coupon. And had to purchase drink and frys the fries with is .. But the fries were cold and they had to remake them The lemonade was water down but i had lemonade powder at home so i wasnt to worry about that but the sandwich was remade as well for bing made wrong the first time. And after everything was remade, I went home to eat my food and relax and got through part of my sandwich when I realized that my hamburger patties were still very pink and not thoroughly cooked and the risk of that is severe seeing as I am pregnant, and I even mentioned that to them Im am sorry if I came off in a little harsh to the lady taking my order in the beginning and told her I’m pregnant and I’ve had a bad day and I’m a little hormonal so the fact that they knew I was pregnant and they already made the sandwich once only to make it again and then make it raw, putting me and my baby at risk is NOT OK ! And if anything happens to me and my baby because of the raw meat that I ate, I will be throwing a lawsuit at this Whataburger!!! At 25 weeks pregnant it can cause a miscarriage , a still birth and or cause complications for my baby and I. Not to mention. I could get food poisoning from toxoplasmosis or E coli … and im already a high risk pregnancy as is. Im very angry and upset id give them no stars if it was possible

  This was a very good meal, finally, doesn't it seem like fast food places lately suck!! Well today was a good day!! The burgers were great!! The fries were fresh. The 🍌 milk shake was delicious. Go splurge and and enjoy a good meal.
