  About 15 min wait to pay and get food and the rudest wanna be sass drive thru staff guy who tried to con me out of $1 tip on my bill that he accidentally hit of course. Then the food looks like they just poured a jar of pesto all over it and wrapped it in paper, leaked all over the place in the bag and the smoothie tastes like crushed ice. Never coming to this location again..down hill. Easiest push to switch to Jamba juice. Just awful experience from start to finish.

  Sat in this drive through today with a one and three year old for a half hour and almost cried I got so frustrated. Don’t waste your money here

  Customer service is amazing! Shout out to Lily, Stacy, Danika, and all the other guys and girls that work there! I am a regular there and they always remember my order. Some days are better than others but these people are human beings and some attend high school so this is a job for them to make extra money. Treat them with kindness and they will do the same. Michelle is a great manager and always asks for feedback from customers when she gets a chance. She truly cares about making the customers experience valued! Only improvement I suggest, is too much ice waters the smoothies down. Consistent training should help correct this issue moving forward. Overall, 5 stars!

  By far one of the worst customers service experiences I’ve ever had. Snottiest girl at the front, didn’t acknowledge us for the first 10 minutes of us standing there. When she did she just pointed to the register and didn’t say a word. After I finished my order she walked away before I could even try to pay cash. When I tried to pay cash she rolled her eyes like the world’s biggest inconvenience and then under her breath said “we don’t take 50s” and turned around and walked away again. Smoothies took 45 minutes even though there was hardly anyone there and when they gave us our stuff they slapped it on the table and walked away. I don’t think I’ve ever felt like such a burden to order food.

  This location constantly has a lack of customer service. It seems to be ran by a bunch of teenagers who prefer to take their time and laugh and joke with each other, rather than promptly getting orders out, especially when they have lines both in the lobby and in the drive thru. There are signs that clearly state their products are made to order but they make them very slowly with no considerations to quality or that their conversations are heard by patrons.
