We come here so much. We have to check our bag EVERYTIME. I can’t think of a time where we actually got everything we ordered and PAID for. Come on guys… you’re literally stealing our money.

This review is not for this location, only. Countless times, I've picked up orders and item(s) were missing. This rarely happens (with the same frequency) as other fast food companies. Taco Bell, the company, needs to implement a cross-check process (that actually works) to mitigate this issue. I'm sure most folks just get angry and do nothing. I'm sure the franchisee and the company don't mind extra income/profit, but it's extremely frustrating for the patron, and inefficient when employees have to do extra work to fix the problem.

I was online ordering my food from Taco Bell at this Broadway location. I just been to the grocery store at Fry's and it sit outside and waited on my ride to pick me up However my girlfriend was late from getting off work so she was running a little bit late. So I carried all my groceries over to the Taco Bell. I tried the door and it was locked so not wanting to leave my groceries sitting out on the sidewalk unattended I left them in view and run around to the drive-thru window to ask a question about my order and this is where the problem started. I tapped on the drive-thru window all three employees that were there were actually back there One (cook)was wiping off something and the other two, a young black man and a woman were just talking to one another. I could see them clearly. The closest employee to me(cook) ignored me finally after I tapped again he turned around then he yells over to the other employee, I assumed was the manager, and says there's a guy over here yelling at the drive-thru window. That was incorrect I didn't raise my voice I did not yell, check at the cameras. The black kid, looked in my direction toward the drive through window and told the (cook) employee No if he's not in the car he's not getting any service. So the kid that was cooking he turned around looked at me and was getting ready to relay that information. When the manager spoke again and said just tell him, and he made a cut off motion for his throat and the guy I turn around and looked at me and said no you're not in a car! I was stunned! not having time to sit there and debate with him I said WoW... I will send a review to the owner! At that time I walked around got my groceries went to Whataburger. Whataburger's doors were also locked However I walked over to the drive through window and ask if I could please order some food and they gladly said yes! Things aren't perfect in this world and I know that they may have been following some type of rule made to curb homeless people or vagrants from coming through the drive-thru. Tell me what the difference is though whether I'm in a car or whether I'm standing out there I have money I'm a paying customer and I'm not bothering anybody.I pay taxes and why am I discriminated against because I was standing insteD of sitting in a car?So if someone pulls up in a car, should they be banned from walking inside and ordering? Just sayin'
