- ANAmara NiarhakosApr 5, 20261.0Ordered online, got home and sandwiches had barely any ingredients on it/ missing some, it was flat and only a single slice of cheese on each foot long… (when you go to the location down the road they gave 4 whole slices on a footlong). I go in to ask for a remake, The older man worker proceeds to open up the sandwiches, using his knife pushing and picking it all apart and trying to point out to me “where the melted cheese” went. And instead of offering the missing toppings on the side, he also refused to remake it and proceeded to just refund me when I didn’t want a refund. His excuse to me was that his “boss will have his head” if he (1) gave me my food back, or (2) remade my orders. For the footlongs being nearly $15+ now you expect the sandwiches to be filled. Extremely combative employees over giving you the correct portion sizes. Don’t bother buying from here. Plenty people have experience of them not allowing the use of coupons, complete scammers. Truly unfortunate.

I called to leave a complaint and was instantly met with him yelling over the phone before I could even explain the situation. He wouldnt take a name or number to escalate the situation to someone who could actually handle a customer complaint. I never leave reviews usually but the person working today had no business working there if they couldn't make a good sandwich, and have any human decency for a normal conversation. This subway cannot make a good sandwich if they tried. I'd highly recommend just going an extra 3 minutes down the road to find a better subway if you're looking for one of their sandwiches.
