  I came here with my mother and we ordered ahead online. When we came inside the restaurant to pick up our food, there was one staff member working at the sandwich station. We were the only customers there. She did not say hello or acknowledge us for a long while. My mother and I stood there waiting and I eventually asked to use the restroom. The worker did then tell me the code to the door. My mother stood there and tried to speak a couple of times before she was acknowledged. The worker was making sandwiches, which my mom realized were ours, and finally acknowledged her several minutes later when she was done making them. She asked if we were there for pickup. We said “yes, for [my name].” She handed them to us and did say “have a nice day.” It was still odd that there was no “welcome in,” or “how can I help you.” The environment and attitude was very uninviting. The ingredients along the sandwich station were browning and wilting- namely the lettuce and spinach. There was another worker there who popped his head in and seemed to be changing the wilting ingredients after our sandwiches had been made with them, but also didn’t speak to us or offer to serve us while we stood there waiting. My main concern wasn’t even the poor customer service. My main concern was the state of the bathroom. When I got in there I felt sick at the sight of it. There was a thick black and brown ring along the toilet bowl. The last person hasn’t flushed, but that might have been a customer. There was fecal matter smeared on the wall. The sink looked slimy and gross too. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. A table where my mom sat while she waited had crumbs all over it too. They had “Sorry, no ice” signs in a few places. We didn’t get drinks, but I imagine warm drinks in Arizona is not ideal. There was a promo about free cookies by the register, but the cookie case was empty. I will say the food was delicious! My mom and I both enjoyed our sandwiches. That being said, we will not be revisiting this specific location of Subway again and I’d advise you to choose an alternate location if you’re craving Subway.

  Ice machine is always out… it’s been several months. Apparently the managers don’t care. Won’t be back.

  Better stocked then the other Subway in the area but no black olives and no pickles. The tomatoes looked sad so I didn't ask for any. This company is going to go out of business if they don't start helping out the franchise owners!!

  Horrible experience every time at this store. Workers don't know what they're doing. Poorly trained. Recommend going to a different store.
