  HEALTH & SAFETY VIOLATION OBSERVED! I came in to pick up an order and the order was not ready. The gentleman advised me that they have been backed up and that they would get to it asap. No problem I understand. What I did not understand was why were there so many FLIES in the restaurant!? They were landing on the sandwiches that were being made directly in front of customers! I requested for a refund and the gentleman promptly issued a refund for my order. It is unacceptable and a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION to have Flies in the restaurant! I also noticed that they did not have a fan that sits directly above the door that fans every time it's opened to prevent flies from coming in. I don't know if this is a requirement or not but know it's effective. It is Unacceptable that this establishment has not taken proper precautions for health and safety nor seemed to care when I brought up the issue to the staff. Have been a customer for years and service/food was always good but I prioritize health and safety above all. Will certainly not be coming back here.

  Service here is usually really good. One of the ladies working on Wednesday, March 11th around 11:55 AM was unnecessarily rude and condescending. On the other end of this, the person working Thursday, March 5th around 7:15 PM was great. Friendly, efficient, and she was doing it while training someone. I feel more obligated to praise her since the one lady from today was the polar opposite from her. Maybe night crew is just better!

  Today is March 4th, 2026. My experience with the woman working at 11:15am is the reason for this 1 Star review. She was unprofessional all around. Unsanitary freely coughing without covering her mouth. Seeing this nearly forced me to walk out. Afterwards when it came to serving me, she gave me the biggest attitude when I changed my mind from one 1 footlong to 2 six inches which I then walked out of the store. This is unfortunate as I met the owner of the store and he is awesome. We had a great conversation regarding swimming pools, types of cleaners etc.

  Experience was amazing. Everytime I come into this establishment it’s always pleasant, Gordon is very efficient and helpful I can tell he takes pride in his job.
