- RRRosieeeApr 4, 20261.0I order subway today through my app. I went through the drive through gave my name for my order and when I got home after changing into my non outside clothes sat down and open my order just to see this is not my order. The whole thing is wrong and has someone else name on it. The disappointment I felt. The frustration of having to change my clothes, walk downstairs and get back into my car to drive 15 mins to subway Just to hopefully get the correct order that I paid for. Please just check the name subway workers I promise it’s very easy to read names.
- TJT JFeb 16, 20261.0Ripped off on a Monday special—terrible service and pricing. I’ve been coming to this neighborhood spot for a while, but never again. On Mondays, they advertise a 6" Meatball sub for $4. I waited nearly 10 minutes just for the meatballs to finish cooking, only to be charged $10.59 (the full price of a footlong) when I ordered two 6" subs. Instead of honoring the daily special price, they overcharged me and made it impossible to fix. I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the discrepancy, but you cannot get through to anyone. It’s a total ripoff. You’ve officially lost a regular customer. PS I also ordered a club and they forgot the bacon! I wish I had never tipped her.
