- FRFoxy R.Mar 19, 20241.0So I have been to this location a few times now for lunch and usually go after the rush. Every time I have come here, there is nobody out in front. They are always in the back kitchen, and you are left to stand there 5 min or more waiting just to order. I also want to mention that you are also treated as if you are in the wrong all the time. For instance, I once tried using the app to claim an item or tried using a coupon, and it was such an inconvenience for them and you're basically getting scolded for trying to use anything at this location. At first, you might think this is a subway issue, but it's not. It is how the employees and better yet the manager respond to the situation. Never have I had a good experience here.
