- JBJim Bailey5 days ago3.0I love smashburger but y'all have yet to get my order right. You are at 75% accuracy with either forgetting an item or not getting an item correct. Jalapeño chili cheese fries without Jalapeños just don't make sense. Fries without fries is nonsensical. Do a little better. It's not awful and ya definitely get the burgers right but please people make sure everything is there and accurate. I don't wanna QA the order. Folks, QA your order at the store. Don't wait til ya get home. The green chili double 4 outta 5. The double classic smash 5 outta 5. Smash tots 5 outta 5. Chili cheese fries 3 outta 5. With jalapeños....wish I knew!

The place was dead tho we were the only cx's there. Which is good bc y'know...0 wait. (You're behind 10 to 15 cars when you go to In n Out) It was sad bc I can tell they lose a lot of business to In n Out. Sucks to have a better product and jus bc some hype behind a name you lose business.
