  Tell me why this says the store will reopen an hour in my past? Tell me why when I go to contact them no one is working. Tell me why I should even bother ordering from a failing company again?

  Jessica was very patient with me trying to figure out what I wanted to order. She also was very professional and kind. Very clean restaurant and quick service.

  I ordered the big New Yorker got home and not a single piece of pepperoni, supposed to have two types of pepperoni. Don’t believe the hype. Never again will I support this location.

  This is by far the worst Pizza Hut location. I got there when the app said my pizza would be ready. I asked someone how much longer it would be after waiting for 10 mins and he ended up being William "the manager" and pretty much ignored me. After 15 mins of being there, I see one XL pizza outside where they stack their orders that aren't complete yet and saw that I saw that there was no other XL Pizzas being made (I ordered two). I ask William again about my order and pretty much ignored me again and saw someone finally panic making the second XL while my other one is still outside getting cold. After over 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby, I finally get One cold pizza and one pizza that was made with buffalo sauce...... I didn't realized that you could mess up 1 topping pizzas but they found a way. Unfortunately, my kids were the ones who found out that the pizza had buffalo and they got up and thew the pizza away. After calling over 5 times, I go to the store to try to get a new one. William, "the Manager" told me that he wasn't able to do anything for me because I brought 2.5 out 6 slices and almost looked like he enjoyed telling me that. Maybe , if they would have answered the phone, I would have known to dig out the other pizza from the trash. This wasn't the only time I've had a comically long wait time from this location, but it will definitely be the last.
