  The Frontega Chicken sandwich was missing almost all the toppings (no cheese, no tomato, no greens)... it arrived with only chicken, onion, and sauce. Super disappointing!! The NEW Toasted Caprese Focaccia had two incredibly small sad slices of tomato (see picture) and a smear of mozzarella. Certainly not what you would expect from a caprese sandwich where the tomato and mozzarella should be highlighted. Overall disappointing to receive such a lackluster dinner especially with all the other options in the area. Will be passing next time. But hey, at least the mac and cheese never disappoints.

  Bafflingly rude staff. The woman who appears to be the main shift lead (hair snatched into a tight bun, always glowering and rolling her eyes at people walking by, and frequently audibly scolding or insulting her coworkers) is incredibly unpleasant. I come here somewhat frequently, and this has been a repeated series of issues (I must preface by saying I do not make noise, I eat and leave quickly when they are busy or I take my food to go, and I clean up after myself. I am not an intrusive customer). They refuse to ever call my order specifically (they will call every name but mine, shove my order to a corner, let it get cold, then chastise me when I pick it up), they give me absurdly small portions on my orders (to the point other customers have commented that they look "sad"), et cetra. They are constantly loudly complaining about having to do their jobs they signed up to do, even when I am the only other person in the building. The tables are never clean. It's just wildly unpleasant.

  TRUST THE LOW REVIEWS! This store CONSTANTLY switches items out that they don’t have in stock: they will let you pay for the item and not tell you they are giving you an entirely new item. (Example: spinach bacon soufflé ordered and they will instead give you a four cheese soufflé and sprinkle bacon on it - so they know they arent giving you the right item and try to deceive. Where is management?

  It's a Panera. Everything is consistently good, but sometimes you don't realize that they are out of an item for a salad or make a substitution that you don't prefer but other than that you know what you're going to get. It's going to be better than fast food. Sidney deserves recognition at this location. She is VERY good at her job - always calm, effective, efficient, and does it all with a professional and pleasant demeanor. It's always a good interaction with her, whether it's business as usual or if she's dealing with some challenge or problem that you've raised.
