Plain bun in MICROWAVE for 30 seconds. Sandwich came to me 12 minutes later. These people are incompetent, and need to be FIRED. I WILL be calling corporate office. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

No customer services skills whatsoever. Receive food and fries are ice cold. Just decided to get my money back. Dining area was dirty and had to clean our own table with napkins and water from the soda machine. Was up charged for a medium drink on a kids meal, when I didn’t ask for a medium.
