    So I went to this McDonald’s at a dropping off my husband at work and I decided to get a hot case of sausage so I ordered this my food and I drove away and then I went to go over my food and noticed hey I ordered the hot cakes and sausage, but only received a hot cakes so I didn’t go very far and as I went back there I told him that they didn’t give my sausage and apparently the manager was already going through the receipts The associate never gave me a receipt. I told him and he says well from where I see. He only charged you for hot cakes and I’m like well. I ordered hot cake and sausage and he never gave you a receipt and the manager was like well. I’m gonna have to charge you at first and I told him I said it’s not my fault. All I know is I ordered it and I’ve paid it got receipt got nothing said in the screen with my order was and then at the beginning of a drive-through use I can speak to a manager. He says oh I am a manager. I’m like well. This isn’t my fault And he’s like well I’ve talked to him already About it and I’m gonna have to talk to you again I’m like well still not my fault. I mean I’m not for free but I think it’s wrong. I mean you guys messed up not me not that your screen on the outside is broken. You know it’s only a little piece of sausage it’s not like it’s gonna break your bank. You know I mean it’s kind of wrong and I’m not trying to get free stuff or anything like that I just don’t think that’s right on how you guys are making you feel like it’s my fault he says OK well just this time I’ll give it to you. I’m like wow where is the customer service is these days and raises? I don’t make no sense. I’m a manager and I would never retreat Customer this way. well I never coming back to this. McDonald’s if you weren’t your order is never come Here. So disappointed!

    “Overall, my experience wasn’t bad. However, I think it would help if employees were more direct about whether condiments have an extra charge. When I asked for them, I was told they would be added to the bag, but they weren’t included because there’s a 30¢ fee for each. Clear communication about this upfront would improve the experience.”

    The manger handed me my food and all she said was 2 fish filets. No thank you. The young man employee who held the door open told me to have a nice day. He can teach the manger customer service.

    Unfortunately, I got an awful glass of sweet tea from the Kyrene and Guadalupe location, but couldn’t turn around because I had an appointment to make. I stopped in at this location and was lucky enough to speak with Erica who quickly remedy my order! Thanks for being awesome, Erica!

    Soo ...this McDs was originally built in the late 70's. I was 2/3 years old then. I have been going to this location off and on for almost 50 years. And this is the FIRST time to be treated as less than human because I was w white woman asking questions. I do customer service for a living (cashier) I KNOW how you are supposed to treat paying customers. I also am extra know nd because I KNOW how it feels on the receiving end. I patiently waited till they noticed me. I thanked her and kindly explained that I was trying to see what toys they had. I had the numbers written next to the toys on the cut out happy meal box I have been using to collect for my Autistic son. I guess she was a manager wearing the pinkish button shirt. But she gave me completely different information than I received just a week and a half earlier. I was kind with may I, would you be able to, etc. But when she walked away she decided to, in Spanish, demean me and speak angerly (how dare I ask, I'm such a troublemaker I guess?). The coworkers she spoke to gave me a weird look , which I replied with "I know Spanish and I know what she said." When she came back I, with a kind smile and words, explained to her how I understand these types of questions can be troublesome and sorry to "force" you to do a 30 second check. But if she's going to speak bad about the customer to where they can hear you....you might want to ask them if they know Spanish. We're in Arizona, a lot of white people know Spanish. I told the other workers that I will just to to one close to my work since I am not welcomed at this one. I guess you can't ask questions if your skin is pale?
