  Ordered using the app and came through the drive thru and had the WORST encounter. I was told if I didn’t pull around to the front where they had 4 cars lined up that she would refuse me service and give me a refund noting I just had to wait 3 minutes for the fries, I have worked fast food I know they cook in less than 2 minutes. Anyway I let the heavy set lady with the glasses who me identified herself as “M” assuming she didn’t want to give her real name because she knew what she was doing was NOT policy and didn’t have a name tag on. There are only a few 24 hour McDonald’s and I just wanted to treat my baby who had not been feeling well. He is now traumatized with how disrespectful the employee was. I definitely could’ve disrespected her but I had my kids there and had to show them just because she is having a bad day doesn’t mean she has to ruin mine. It is not policy to pull forward overnight because the crew is not getting the orders out fast enough. There is a reason the timer for the vehicles is in the drive thru to show the TRUE time it is taking for them to get the orders out and from what she said she is trying to lie to her own company about how efficient her night crew truly is. I can only imagine how much longer we would’ve been there waiting had we pulled around to the front where where it was almost completely dark. If you can make it to the other 24hour McDonald’s you are better off.

  The order was extremely simple, a pickup order, a cheese burger with no onions, big mac, 2 drinks, and an ice cream. You’d think that when you order drive thru and they tell you to pull to the side, you’re waiting on the ice cream. The ice cream was the first to come out along with drinks. Then I was required to pull to the side and wait. When I pulled to the side there was about 5 cars there that were waiting for who knows how long. I waited 30 minutes! Then when I got home I checked the cheese burger and it had onions. I waited 30 minutes and you’d think they’d make the order correctly. Do not come here, the employees drag out the orders on purpose. The boy who was taking orders brought them all out one by one until the manager came with a tray with multiple orders. If you want your food made correctly and for it to be actual fast food, don’t come here.

  Have lived in the area near this McDonald’s for over 6 years now. Most of the time the previous staff for years were friendly and they even knew my order. Haven’t been to this location in a while and the staff that was there this morning was extremely rude. I pulled up to the speaker, got no greeting, just got “ what do you want” and I said “ a medium mocha please” and with attitude the person said “pull to the 2nd window”. When it was my turn to go to the 2nd window the person that took payment and handed me my drink had no customer service. Acted bothered when I showed my app for points. And they didn’t say thank you or anything else that you normally get.

  I have been going to this McDonalds for over 20 years and most days twice a day. I went thru tonight 3/17/26 at about 8pm for my grandson and ordered a #6 Ranch Snack Wrap meal large size with a Dr. Pepper. When I got to the pick-up window I ask the manager (?) for Ranch for the fries and was told no I had to pay for it. I've never had this issue before at this McDonalds and I always get ranch for my grandsons fries. All I needed was 2 ranch cups for a large fry instead of catsup. I will be going up tomorrow and talking to the main store manager and hopefully it's not her. She is the only one in 20 years at this McDonalds that I have had issues with. Like I said I've been going there for over 20 years and most of the employees know me and are very helpful and friendly.

  I would give a 0 star. The only place where u have to wait 20 min out front waiting for a cheeseburger. Not just once. It happened last time and I thought it was a fluke. But no here I am Again. They take your money and make u pull around to front.
